Website https://zoop.care and Cloud Service Zoop Care (collectively referred to as the “Cloud Services”, and individually referred to as “Website” and/or “Cloud Service”) are owned by Zoop Care Company Limited (hereby referred to as “Zoop Care”, “Company”, “We”, “Us” or “Our”).

Please carefully read this Terms and Conditions (the “Agreement”) before accessing to platform, website, downloading, installing, using wholly or even partially of Cloud Services of Zoop Care (including but not limited to any software, application, image, video, file, and other relevant documents, data) or using service provided by Zoop Care Company Limited in order to connect to our Cloud Services.
Vui lòng đọc kỹ Điều Khoản Sử Dụng (“Thỏa Thuận”) này trước khi bạn tiến hành truy cập vào nền tảng, Website, tiến hành tải, cài đặt, sử dụng tất cả hoặc bất kỳ phần nào của Các Dịch Vụ Đám Mây của Zoop Care (bao gồm nhưng không giới hạn phần mềm, ứng dụng, hình ảnh, video, các tập tin và bất kỳ các tài liệu, dữ liệu liên quan) hoặc sử dụng các dịch vụ do Công Ty TNHH Zoop Care cung cấp để kết nối đến Các Dịch Vụ Đám Mây của Chúng tôi.
These terms and conditions as below will create a binding agreement between you (as a Medical Service Provider and/or a Health Care Provider) and Zoop Care. You agree to be bound with the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
Các điều khoản dưới đây sẽ tạo thành một thỏa thuận giữa bạn với tư cách là Bên Cung Cấp Dịch Vụ Khám Bệnh, Chữa Bệnh và/hoặc Bên Cung Cấp Dịch Vụ Chăm Sóc Sức Khỏe và Zoop Care. Bạn chấp thuận và đồng ý bị ràng buộc bởi các quy định và điều kiện trong Thỏa Thuận này.
We reserve the right to amend and supplement these Terms and Conditions at any time and all changes shall be updated on the website https://zoop.care and Cloud Services of Zoop Care. By periodically checking the Website https://zoop.care and Cloud Services of Zoop Care, you will certainly be updated with our terms and conditions on time. If you do not agree to any of our terms and conditions, please do not download, install, access, use Cloud Services or remove Cloud Service from your platform.
Chúng tôi có quyền sửa đổi, bổ sung Điều Khoản Sử Dụng này vào bất kỳ thời điểm nào và mọi thay đổi sẽ được cập nhật lên Website https://zoop.care và Các Dịch Vụ Đám Mây của Zoop Care. Bằng cách kiểm tra Website https://zoop.care và Các Dịch Vụ Đám Mây của Zoop Care định kỳ, bạn chắc chắn sẽ được cập nhật được điều khoản, chính sách của Chúng tôi. 1. Introduction of Cloud Services
Cloud service of Zoop Care is owned by Zoop Care Company Limited, to support the Medical Service Provider/Healthcare Provider (collectively referred to as “User”) to conduct including but not limited to provide consultation, communication, and connection with the Medical Service User/ Healthcare Service User (collectively referred to as “Customer”), aiming at improving the quality of service and satisfying their medical and healthcare needs. By accessing and using Cloud Service of Zoop Care; User agrees and acknowledges that Zoop Care is a Cloud Service Provider and not a Medical Service Provider/Health Care Provider.
Dịch Vụ Đám Mây của Zoop Care là dịch vụ thuộc sở hữu của Công ty TNHH Zoop Care giúp cho Bên Cung Cấp Dịch Vụ Khám Bệnh, Chữa Bệnh/ Bên Cung Cấp Dịch Vụ Chăm Sóc Sức Khỏe (được gọi chung là "Người Dùng") thực hiện, bao gồm nhưng không giới hạn, việc tư vấn, liên lạc, kết nối với Bên Sử Dụng Dịch Vụ Khám Bệnh, Chữa Bệnh/Bên Sử Dụng Dịch Vụ Chăm Sóc Sức Khỏe (được gọi chung là "Khách hàng") nhằm nâng cao chất lượng dịch vụ và đáp ứng nhu cầu y tế và chăm sóc sức khỏe của họ. Qua việc truy cập và sử dụng Dịch Vụ Đám Mây của Zoop Care; Người Dùng đồng ý và thừa nhận rằng Zoop Care là Bên Cung Cấp Dịch Vụ Đám Mây chứ không phải là Bên Cung Cấp Dịch Vụ Khám Bệnh, Chữa Bệnh/Bên Cung Cấp Dịch Vụ Chăm Sóc Sức Khỏe.
Website https://zoop.care of Zoop Care is a technology platform, portal of Zoop Care, when using together with the Cloud Service, Applications of Zoop Care, allowing the Customer to access and use services of Zoop Care.
Website https://zoop.care của Zoop Care là nền tảng công nghệ, cổng thông tin của Zoop Care, khi được sử dụng cùng với Dịch Vụ Đám Mây, Ứng Dụng của Zoop Care, cho phép Khách hàng truy cập và tiếp cận các dịch vụ của Zoop Care.
User undertakes to ensure the accuracy and truthfulness of the information that User provide on Cloud Services, Applications and platform of Zoop Care. User undertakes not to share, provide or joint using an account, password with any third party in any form. User is responsible for all acts arising from the provision of information for setting up the Account and agrees to maintain the confidentiality of your account name and password and all data and for all contents uploaded and all activities related to the account of User EVEN if the content and/or the activity is created, uploaded, or conducted by a third party who has obtained the right to access to the account of User.
Người Dùng cam kết đảm bảo tính chính xác và trung thực của các thông tin mà Người Dùng cung cấp trên Các Dịch Vụ Đám Mây, Các Ứng Dụng và nền tảng của Zoop Care. Người Dùng cam kết không chia sẻ, cung cấp hoặc sử dụng chung tài khoản, mật khẩu với bên thứ ba dưới bất kỳ hình thức nào. Người Dùng chịu trách nhiệm cho tất cả các hành vi phát sinh từ việc cung cấp thông tin thiết lập Tài khoản và đồng ý duy trì bảo mật tên tài khoản và mật khẩu và tất cả dữ liệu của mình và cho tất cả nội dung được tải lên và mọi hoạt động liên quan đến tài khoản của Người Dùng NGAY cả khi nếu nội dung và/hoặc hoạt động được tạo, được tải lên hoặc tiến hành bởi một bên thứ ba đã có quyền truy cập vào tài khoản của Người Dùng.
Zoop Care assumes that when an account is accessed and used, it will represent the User who has information registered on that account, regardless of the username and password used by a third party without the owner's knowledge or permission. When User discovers your Account is being accessed illegally, please notify us for prompt processing. User makes your own decision and is solely responsible when providing Medical Services/Health Care Services to the your customers.
Zoop Care mặc định rằng khi một tài khoản được truy nhập và sử dụng sẽ đại diện cho chính người có thông tin đăng ký trên tài khoản đó, bất kể tên truy nhập và mật khẩu đó được sử dụng bởi bên thứ ba mà chủ sở hữu không biết hoặc không cho phép. Khi Người Dùng phát hiện Tài khoản của mình bị truy cập trái phép, vui lòng thông báo cho Chúng tôi để có các biện pháp xử lý kịp thời. Người Dùng ra quyết định và tự chịu trách nhiệm khi cung cấp dịch vụ khám bệnh, chữa bệnh/dịch vụ chăm sóc sức khỏe cho Khách hàng của mình.
2. Conditions for registration of Cloud Services
Zoop Care is only available to the following subjects entitled to register our Cloud Services: The User must be the lawful representative of the Medical Service Provider and/or Healthcare Provider and has carried out all necessary internal procedures to participate in registering to the Cloud Services and is bound when creating an account on our Cloud Services.
Zoop Care chỉ dành cho các đối tượng sau được quyền đăng ký Các Dịch Vụ Đám Mây: Người dùng phải là đại diện hợp pháp của Bên Cung Cấp Dịch Vụ Khám Bệnh, Chữa Bệnh và/hoặc Bên Cung Cấp Dịch Vụ Chăm Sóc Sức Khỏe có đầy đủ thẩm quyền và đã thực hiện các thủ tục nội bộ cần thiết để tham gia đăng ký Các Dịch Vụ Đám Mây và có giá trị ràng buộc khi tạo tài khoản trên Các Dịch Vụ Đám Mây của Chúng tôi.
3. The rights for accessing and collecting Information
When using Cloud Services of Zoop Care, User agrees to allow Zoop Care to use, exploit, transmit, process and store data of User for performance of this Agreement and development of the Cloud Services including but not limited to the purpose:
Write the data of Device on memory card;
Access to the Internet from the device of User. All of these accesses are conducted by us after having your consent, therefore you undertake and acknowledge that, when you give us this right for accessing, you will not have any complaints against Zoop Care about this accessing.
Khi sử dụng Các Dịch Vụ Đám Mây của Zoop Care, Người Dùng đồng ý cho phép Zoop Care sử dụng, khai thác, truyền tải, xử lý và lưu trữ dữ liệu của Người Dùng cho mục đích thực hiện Thoả Thuận này và phát triển Các Dịch Vụ Đám Mây, bao gồm nhưng không giới hạn mục đích:
Ghi dữ liệu của Thiết bị lên thẻ nhớ;
Truy cập vào Internet từ thiết bị của Người Dùng. Tất cả các truy cập đều được Chúng tôi thực hiện sau khi có sự đồng ý của Bạn, vì vậy Bạn cam kết và thừa nhận rằng, khi Bạn đã cấp quyền cho Chúng tôi, Bạn sẽ không có bất kỳ khiếu nại nào đối với Zoop Care về việc truy cập này.
Along with the right for accessing, we reserve the right to collect the following information of User:
Personal information: including information provided by User to confirm account such as name, phone number, identified card number, email address and other relevant information when using the service;
General information: such as information about phone configuration of User; the information about the version of Zoop Care that User is using for his/her phone;
Location information of User: Geolocation data of User will be stored on the server to help the User use the search function of the Device;
We do not use any means to track message content, exchange or other forms to track the User while using the Cloud Services.
Cùng với quyền truy cập, Chúng tôi có quyền thu thập các thông tin sau của Người Dùng:
Thông tin cá nhân: bao gồm các thông tin Người Dùng cung cấp cho Chúng tôi để xác nhận tài khoản như tên, số điện thoại, số chứng minh nhân dân, địa chỉ email và các thông tin có liên quan khác khi sử dụng dịch vụ;
Thông tin chung: như các thông tin về cấu hình thiết bị của Người Dùng, thông tin phiên bản Zoop Care mà Người Dùng đang sử dụng cho thiết bị của mình;
Thông tin vị trí của Người Dùng: dữ liệu về vị trí địa lý của Người Dùng sẽ được lưu trữ trên máy chủ nhằm giúp Người Dùng sử dụng chức năng tìm kiếm của Thiết bị;
Chúng tôi không sử dụng bất kỳ biện pháp nào để theo dõi nội dung tin nhắn, trao đổi hoặc hình thức khác nhằm theo dõi Người Dùng khi sử dụng Các Dịch Vụ Đám Mây này.
We may make changes to this Terms and Conditions to enhance existing technical functions or features or add new technical functions or features to the Cloud Services to implement advancements in science and technology and reasonable technical adjustments to the Cloud Services, ensuring the operability or the security of the Cloud Services or in accordance with the Laws or as required by competent authority. When we make material changes to this Terms and Conditions, we will provide User with notice if necessary. Please therefore make sure the User read any such notice carefully sent by us. If the User does not wish to continue using the Cloud Services under the new version of this Terms and Conditions, the User may terminate your account by contacting our Management Board under the email address: cs@zoop.care.
Chúng tôi có thể thực hiện các thay đổi đối với Điều Khoản Sử Dụng này để nâng cấp các chức năng hoặc tính năng kĩ thuật hiện có hoặc bổ sung các chức năng hoặc tính năng kĩ thuật mới vào Các Dịch Vụ Đám Mây để triển khai các tiến bộ trong khoa học và công nghệ và các điều chỉnh kỹ thuật hợp lý đối với Các Dịch Vụ Đám Mây, đảm bảo khả năng hoạt động hoặc bảo mật của Các Dịch Vụ Đám Mây hoặc theo quy định của pháp luật hoặc yêu cầu của cơ quan có thẩm quyền. Khi Chúng tôi thực hiện các thay đổi quan trọng đối với Điều Khoản Sử Dụng này, Chúng tôi sẽ gửi thông báo cho Người Dùng nếu cần thiết. Hãy đảm bảo rằng Người Dùng đọc kỹ thông báo được Chúng tôi gửi tới. Nếu Người Dùng không muốn tiếp tục sử dụng Các Dịch Vụ Đám Mây theo phiên bản mới của Điều Khoản Sử Dụng này, Người Dùng có thể chấm dứt tài khoản của mình bằng cách liên hệ với Ban Quản Trị của Chúng tôi theo địa chỉ email: cs@zoop.care.
User’s feedback to the Cloud Services will be owned by Zoop Care and we reserve the right to use, post, publish and share such feedback on Cloud Services or any other documents, any means without notice.
Các phản hồi của Người Dùng đối với Các Dịch Vụ Đám Mây sẽ thuộc quyền sở hữu của Zoop Care và Chúng tôi có quyền sử dụng, đăng tải, xuất bản và chia sẻ các phản hồi đó trên Các dịch vụ đám mây hoặc bất kỳ tài liệu, phương tiện nào mà không cần thông báo.
4. Confidentiality Commitment
For Zoop Care
Zoop Care undertakes not to copy or provide Confidential Information of User, neither in whole nor in part to any other third party without the prior written consent of User, except:
Our signing of SMS service agreements with third parties to send messages to the Customer of the User – is a part of a Cloud Service to support communication and connection between the Customer and the User.
The above mentioned term contains information that is not considered as confidential information between the User and Zoop Care.
Zoop Care provides certain necessary information to the network service provider to perform this Agreement without violating the terms of confidentiality.
In the event that the competent authorities request it or otherwise permitted by law, we provide relevant data in accordance with the law, the User also agrees that this case will not violate the Agreement. In addition, for more information on our data protection, please visit our Privacy Policy.

Zoop Care cam kết sẽ không sao chép, cung cấp một phần hoặc toàn bộ Thông tin bảo mật của Người Dùng cho bất kỳ bên thứ ba nào khác mà không có sự đồng ý trước bằng văn bản của Người Dùng, ngoại trừ:
Việc Chúng tôi ký thỏa thuận cung cấp dịch vụ SMS với các bên thứ ba để gửi tin nhắn cho Khách hàng của Người Dùng - là một phần của Dịch Vụ Đám Mây phục vụ cho việc giao tiếp và kết nối giữa Khách hàng và Người Dùng.
Điều khoản được đề cập ở trên có chứa thông tin không được coi là thông tin bảo mật giữa Người Dùng và Zoop Care.
Việc Zoop Care cung cấp một số thông tin cần thiết cho nhà cung cấp dịch vụ mạng để thực hiện Thỏa Thuận này mà không vi phạm các điều khoản bảo mật thông tin.
Trong trường hợp các cơ quan nhà nước có thẩm quyền yêu cầu hoặc trường hợp khác được luật pháp cho phép, Chúng tôi cung cấp dữ liệu liên quan theo quy định của pháp luật, Người Dùng cũng đồng ý rằng trường hợp này sẽ không vi phạm Thỏa thuận. Ngoài ra, để biết thêm các hoạt động bảo vệ dữ liệu của Chúng tôi, vui lòng xem chính sách bảo mật thông tin của Chúng tôi tại: Chính Sách Bảo Mật Thông Tin của Zoop Care.
For User
User undertakes not to copy, or redistribute, in whole or in part, Cloud Services of Zoop Care, not to disclose information about Cloud Services of Zoop Care to any third party without our prior written consent.
Về phía Người Dùng
Người Dùng cam kết không sao chép, hoặc phân phối lại toàn bộ hoặc thậm chí một phần của Các Dịch Vụ Đám Mây của Zoop Care, không tiết lộ thông tin về Các Dịch Vụ Đám Mây của Zoop Care cho bất kỳ bên thứ ba nào khác mà không có sự đồng ý trước bằng văn bản của Chúng tôi.
5. Ownership of Cloud Services
The Cloud Services of Zoop Care is developed and owned by Zoop Care, all intellectual property rights related to the Cloud Services (including but not limited to the trademark, brand name, copyright, patent, software, code, design, source code, images, data, file, information, content contained in Cloud Services) and related documents (if any) will be exclusively owned by Zoop Care and unless expressly indicated herein, no individual or organization is expressly and impliedly allowed to copy, reproduce, distribute, or by other form infringing the rights of the owner without the consent and written permission of Zoop Care.
Các Dịch Vụ Đám Mây của Zoop Care được phát triển và sở hữu bởi Zoop Care, tất cả các quyền sở hữu trí tuệ liên quan đến Các Dịch Vụ Đám Mây (bao gồm nhưng không giới hạn nhãn hiệu, tên thương mại, bản quyền, bằng sáng chế, phần mềm, mã, thiết kế, mã nguồn, hình ảnh, dữ liệu, tập tin, thông tin, nội dung chứa đựng trong Các Dịch Vụ Đám Mây) và các tài liệu hướng dẫn liên quan (nếu có) sẽ thuộc quyền sở hữu duy nhất của Zoop Care và trừ khi được thể hiện rõ ràng ở đây, không cá nhân, tổ chức nào được cấp bất kỳ quyền rõ ràng hay ngụ ý nào cho phép sao chép, tái tạo, phân phối, hoặc hình thức khác xâm phạm tới nếu không có sự đồng ý và cho phép bằng văn bản của Zoop Care.
6. Website
The website https://zoop.care of Zoop Care is the technology platform, the portal of Zoop Care, when used together with the Cloud Service, Application of Zoop Care, allowing the Customer to access and approach to the services of Zoop Care.
Website https://zoop.care của Zoop Care là nền tảng công nghệ, cổng thông tin của Zoop Care, khi được sử dụng cùng với Dịch Vụ Đám Mây, Ứng Dụng của Zoop Care cho phép Khách hàng truy cập và tiếp cận các dịch vụ của Zoop Care.
Any medical and healthcare information that User to receive from Zoop Care via website, blog, social media channel, email, and writing message of Zoop Care is for informational purposes only, and in no way shall be interpreted or construed as a substitute for medical and healthcare advice from Medical Service Providers /Healthcare Providers.
Những thông tin liên quan về mặt y tế, chăm sóc sức khoẻ mà Người Dùng nhận được từ Zoop Care thông qua Website, blog, các kênh mạng xã hội, thư điện tử và tin nhắn văn bản của Zoop Care chỉ nhằm mục đích tham khảo và không nhằm mục đích thay thế tư vấn y tế và chăm sóc sức khoẻ chuyên nghiệp từ các bên cung cấp dịch vụ khám bệnh, chữa bệnh và/hoặc bên cung cấp dịch vụ chăm sóc sức khỏe.
User undertakes to use the Website to the extent in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations; does not to use the Website to post, transmit, distribute, or link with following contents:
Violates the laws and regulations of Vietnamese Government;
Violates the regulations of copyright, trademark, intellectual property, or personal property rights;
Contain pornographic, provocative or defamatory information.
Người Dùng cam kết sử dụng Website trong chừng mực phù hợp với tất cả các luật và quy định hiện hành và đồng ý không sử dụng Website để gửi lên, truyền đi, phân tán, liên kết các nội dung:
Vi phạm các luật, các quy định của Chính Phủ Việt Nam;
Vi phạm các quy định về bản quyền, nhãn hiệu, sở hữu trí tuệ, quyền sở hữu cá nhân;
Chứa các thông tin có tính khiêu dâm, kích động, phỉ báng.
We reserve the right to add, modify or remove any information as well as change the appearance and content of this Website including any term at any time without prior announcement.

All information on the Website such as location, comments, photos, etc., is owned by Zoop Care. Removed cases from the system including irrelevant or junk content are determined by the Management Board of Zoop Care.
Mọi thông tin trên Website như thông tin địa điểm, bình luận, hình ảnh,... đều thuộc quyền sở hữu của Zoop Care. Các trường hợp bị xóa bỏ khỏi hệ thống bao gồm các nội dung không liên quan hay nội dung rác do Ban Quản Trị của Zoop Care quyết định.
7. Information of third party
Cloud Services of Zoop Care may contain links to other platforms, applications or websites that are not owned or controlled by Zoop Care. Therefore, Zoop Care disclaims all responsibilities for any errors or omissions in the information quoted and the content, right to privacy, confidentiality of platforms, applications or websites linked to as well as damages if any, when User accesses and uses those platforms, applications and websites.
Các Dịch Vụ Đám Mây của Zoop Care bao gồm có thể có các đường liên kết đến các nền tảng, ứng dụng trang web khác không thuộc quyền sở hữu hoặc kiểm soát của Zoop Care. Do vậy, Zoop Care được miễn trừ trách nhiệm về các lỗi hoặc thiếu sót trong thông tin trích dẫn và các nội dung, quyền riêng tư, tính bảo mật của các nền tảng, ứng dụng, các trang web liên kết đến cũng như các thiệt hại nếu có khi Người Dùng truy nhập, sử dụng các nền tảng, ứng dụng và trang web đó.
8. Not use for prohibited and unlawful purposes
As a condition of your use of the Cloud Services of Zoop Care, User warrants to Zoop Care that User will not use the Cloud Services for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited under the terms and conditions of this Agreement. Users may not use the Cloud Services in any manner which could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Cloud Services or interfere with any other party’s use and enjoyment of the Cloud Service.
Khi Người Dùng sử dụng Các Dịch Vụ đám Mây của Zoop Care, Người Dùng đảm bảo với Zoop Care rằng sẽ không sử dụng Các Dịch Vụ Đám Mây cho bất kỳ mục đích trái pháp luật hoặc bị cấm theo các điều khoản, điều kiện của Thoả Thuận này. Người Dùng không được làm hỏng, vô hiệu hóa, gây cản trở, hoặc làm suy yếu Các Dịch vụ Đám Mây hoặc can thiệp vào việc sử dụng và khai thác của bất kỳ bên nào khác.
9. Termination of service
Zoop Care reserves the right to terminate, suspend, or change the Service or any part of Service with the User, at any time for any reason we deem appropriate without prior notice.
Zoop Care bảo lưu quyền chấm dứt, tạm ngừng hoặc thay đổi Dịch vụ hay bất kỳ phần nào của Dịch vụ với Người Dùng, vào bất kỳ thời điểm nào với bất kỳ lý do nào mà Chúng tôi thấy phù hợp mà không phải thông báo trước.
10. Indemnification
User agrees to indemnify any legal obligations, proceedings, losses, expenses (including court fees) related to or arising from User's breach of any term this Agreement with Zoop Care.
Người Dùng đồng ý bồi thường những nghĩa vụ pháp lý, tố tụng, tổn thất, chi phí (bao gồm cả án phí) có liên quan tới hoặc phát sinh từ sự vi phạm của Người Dùng đối với bất kỳ điều khoản nào trong Thỏa Thuận này của Zoop Care.
11. Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms and Conditions shall be construed and governed in accordance with the laws of Vietnam. All disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions will be resolved by negotiation and mediation based on cooperation of parties. If within a reasonable period of time not more than one month, the parties have not yet resolved it, the dispute will be resolved in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam by the Vietnam International Arbitration Center (“VIAC”). The arbitration proceedings shall be conducted in accordance with VIAC rules of arbitration. The language of the arbitration shall be Vietnamese. The arbitral award shall be final and binding upon the Parties. In the process of dispute resolution, this Agreement continues to be performed by the parties except for matters related to disputes and arbitration proceedings.
Điều Khoản Sử Dụng này sẽ được giải thích và điều chỉnh theo pháp luật của Việt Nam. Mọi tranh chấp phát sinh từ hoặc liên quan đến Điều Khoản Sử Dụng này sẽ được các bên giải quyết thông qua thương lượng và hoà giải trên tinh thần hợp tác. Nếu trong một khoảng thời gian hợp lý không quá một tháng mà các bên vẫn chưa giải quyết được, tranh chấp sẽ được giải quyết tại thành phố Hồ Chí Minh, Việt Nam bởi Trung tâm Trọng tài Quốc tế Việt Nam (“VIAC”). Tố tụng trọng tài phải được thực hiện phù hợp với các quy tắc tố tụng trọng tài của VIAC. Ngôn ngữ tố tụng trọng tài sẽ là tiếng Việt. Quyết định tố tụng trọng tài sẽ là cuối cùng và ràng buộc các Bên. Trong quá trình giải quyết tranh chấp, Thoả Thuận này vẫn được tiếp tục thực hiện bởi các bên trừ những vấn đề liên quan đến tranh chấp và phân xử.
12. Disclaimer of Warranty and Limitation of Liability
The Cloud Services are provided by Zoop Care "as is'' and "as available" without any representation or warranties of any kind whether express or implied. In no event will Zoop Care be liable to any party for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, compensation, special, consequential, or other damages of any kind whatsoever, the loss of data, income or profit, loss of or damage to property, business interruption or loss of program or data including but not limited to for any damage caused by any error, omission, virus, delay or interruption of operation/service, or any cause, arising out of or related to the Cloud Services, except for the intentional fault of Zoop Care. Zoop Care shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from or in any way related to any third-party’s application, website or any content of application or website accessed through these links on the Cloud Services.
Các Dịch Vụ Đám Mây này được Zoop Care cung cấp "theo nguyên trạng" và "theo sẵn có" mà không kèm theo bất kỳ cam đoan hay bảo đảm rõ ràng hay ngụ ý dưới bất kỳ hình thức nào. Trong mọi trường hợp, Zoop Care sẽ không chịu trách nhiệm pháp lý đối với bất kỳ bên nào về bất kỳ thiệt hại trực tiếp, gián tiếp, mang tính trừng phạt, ngẫu nhiên, bồi thường, đặc biệt, do hậu quả hoặc các thiệt hại khác dưới bất kỳ hình thức nào, bất kể đó là mất mát dữ liệu, thu nhập hoặc lợi nhuận, mất mát hoặc thiệt hại tài sản, gián đoạn kinh doanh hoặc mất chương trình/dữ liệu bao gồm nhưng không giới hạn ở bất kỳ thiệt hại nào do bất kỳ lỗi, thiếu sót, vi-rút, trì hoãn hay gián đoạn hoạt động/dịch vụ nào, bất kể nguyên nhân là gì, phát sinh do hoặc liên quan đến Các Dịch Vụ Đám Mây, ngoại trừ do lỗi cố ý của Zoop Care. Zoop Care sẽ không chịu trách nhiệm pháp lý đối với những mất mát hoặc thiệt hại phát sinh do hoặc bất kỳ hình thức nào liên quan đến ứng dụng, trang web bất kỳ của bên thứ ba hoặc nội dung của ứng dụng, trang web được truy cập thông qua các liên kết trên Các Dịch Vụ Đám Mây này.

Người Dùng chấp nhận rằng đã đọc, hiểu và đồng ý ràng buộc với tất cả điều khoản và điều kiện của Điều Khoản Sử Dụng này khi tham gia Thoả Thuận này và sử dụng Các Dịch Vụ Đám Mây của Zoop Care.
